GRUPO SAN TELMO

Led by Isidro Marqués, we are a group of passionate restaurant professionals.

With each restaurant we seek to create a place with its own character and personality, in harmony with its surroundings and with an offer that fits the place and its people.

Our gastronomic proposal, based on Mediterranean cuisine, has quality products as the star. We are committed to honesty and simplicity in our dishes.

We work with small producers that we carefully select, whenever possible from km.0, and we ensure that everything we offer has been cultivated or marketed with respect.

Today, the Group is made up of five independent establishments in Barcelona: Tantarantana (2001), Café San Telmo (2002), El Canalla (2011), Palosanto (2014), Bistró Mató (2021) and El Cafè de l’Acadèmia (2024).
